Gratitude 10April17 Under the Full Pink Moon

The full moon during the month of April is called the “pink moon.” The name, as romantic as that sounds, is not because it is actually pink.

Rather, many references state the name came from a vivid pink ground flower called phlox. It is said to bloom early and grow wild in the spring.

Today I am thankful

  • Honestly, I am relieved this day is almost over. It’s been a helluva a day.
  • Happy we are getting rain to hurry up the spring flowers
  • Life with all its challenges, is still is a wonderful world
  • A very happy birthday into the universe to my big brother. You will always be one of my heros.

This one, as with all full moons, seems to bring out unusual emotional and astrological gifts of people.

Here is a blip from http://www.hidden-potential.org

“I think you are in for a treat as there are many exciting things in the sky. Some astrologers have called this April Full Moon “Lady Luck” as she’s near Jupiter, so unexpected good fortune might come your way. There is something to always consider when you’re looking at a Full Moon – you shall reap what you sow.”

affectionately yours, Laura
