face your fear

“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
― Eleanor Roosevelt

it hit me like a tidal wave today. at the age of 57, i am starting over. opening myself to the universe and as a hero of mine challenges me in the above quote — it’s time to do what i fear. i am moving to a new space that will become my home, i am opening myself to new career options, i have a deep desire to be more than what i am. my bucket list wishes are waiting to become experiences. it’s time to face my fears and get on with living my dreams.

today i am thankful for …

  • i am grateful

affectionately yours, Laura
