i learned an interesting fact today. it has been scientifically proven that negative thoughts take up more room in your brain than positive thoughts do. that is why you tend to remember the bad before the good. they say when you think a negative thought, immediately replace it with a positive. interesting. for example … it’s really cold out and i am fighting a cold ~ the snow is so beautiful, it would be perfect for a winter picnic and i am not going to be sick. i will give you an update on whether it works.
